Rebuild a cloud environment from code, instances bootstrapped unattended, then destroy it with nothing left

Bootstrap an instance unattended with an image and cloud-init, drive the cloud through its API, then rebuild a whole environment from Terraform code, check that a second plan is empty and destroy it, making sure the inventory keeps nothing left over.
